This isn't an order form, rather a cheat sheet for us. We don't take your full credit card number so, of course, we aren't charging you. It won't be an internet transaction. We'll get back to you to review your request and take your payment information then. You can even pay by check if you like. Just let us know when we get in touch. If you have any problems filling out the form, give us a call. We may not answer (we do have to make the wine) but we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Want to mail instead? Instead of using the Internet, snail mail is fine. You may fill out this form with your computer and print it out or print it out and fill it in. Then mail it, to the address at the bottom of the form.

Club Levels

Level 1

You will receive two mixed cases of our limited release wines a year at a 20% discount. One case after bottling in April/May and one case in Oct./Nov. (Discount good on all additional purchases!). Shipping is $20 per shipment in California and $45 out of California.

Level 2

You will receive one mixed case of our limited release wines a year at a 15% discount. One-half case after bottling in April/May and one-half case in Oct./Nov. (Discount good on all additional purchases!) Shipping is $16 per shipment in California and $30 out of California.
